Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My husband was charged with child endangerment, assault, and domestic violence. The case is pending and he has not been convicted or acquitted yet. He is currently looking for a job, in this down ecomony it is hard enough without having people tell him he's a criminal. Does anyone know what needs to be done to get this to not affect him in his job search?
