Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
my husband has been charged with domestic violence and there is a protection order also, i would like to get both of these charges dropped. how can i do that?

Go directly to the court and ask to be heard on the issue....it may then be scheduled at some future date....you could also hire an attorney and have him file something for you.....
