Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
If a husband has been charged with embezzling money from his employer and they freeze assets, what assets or monies are still available to the spouse in order to live. If all is frozen, what options does the wife have?

You need to go to court and request that they unfreeze enough assets for you to live off of. However this is tough to do and you will need an attorney to assist you.
