my husband is charged wirh criminal domestic violence. a first degree misdemeaner. im in ohio. does this mean hes going to walk away free an clear from this?

This is punishable by 6 months in jail, but if this is his first offense, whatever you tell the Judge will have the biggest influence... There's also victim advocates that should be helping you. What court?
