Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My husband was recently shot, the shooter was arrested quickly afterward. He was charged with felonious assault. On the FCMC website the case is closed, and says it was "Dismissed- Direct inditement". What exactly does this mean? Was the case dismissed?

The charge started in a municipal court. and now the county court has picked it up and so the city case could be dismissed. The indictment has happened. Call me directly if you want to talk about the whole process and your role. 216.952.1990.
