Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

My husband was sentence to 5 years in jail for 2 counts of robbery one count ws a felony 2 and the other count was a felony 3 the judge had gove him 10 years in jail but she ran them concurent he just recently went to the apells court and the court dismissed the felony 2 the other felony stuck whisch was the felony 3 the courts also has video footage that clearly shows that my husband did not commit the crimes he was charged with is there any way that he can go back to court to see about getting the charges drop

He would need to appeal it to the next highest court. However, was the video admitted at the trial? Did the defense have an expert witness that testified that the person in the video was not your husband?
