Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My husband was sentenced to 18months in prison for a parole violation. He was also given 3 yrs post community control after he is done in prison. His original crime was receiving stolen property. My question is when do you think we would have a chance at judicial release. It has been 2 months right now and he is getting placed in his parental institution. When he gets there he was going to sign up for classes so when we do file he has proof he is working on himself. Do you think it is possible for him to get judicial after 4 months with program certificates?

He can possibly get judicial release after six months of incarceration. He really needs a lawyer to help him with the process.
