Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Ilegal business?
I am interested in starting a business that has to do with like an alternative health type place where I would offer an alternative health type procedure. But I am worried it would be construed as a sexual act and get in trouble for something like prostitution or something.. although it is not a sexual act it may be contrued by some as one though.
It is something that many doctors agree on as very beneficial and can be performed usually by your partner but many dont have someone to do this. How can I find out if it would be illegal?

Re: Ilegal business?
If you are concerned that the business may be illegal, then it would be my suggestion to not do it. If the medical profession deems it beneficial, then associate with a medical practice who can legitimize the operation.
Be careful!!
