In Ohio, the Consumer Sales Practices Act has all sorts of protections for consumers who get their goods (in this case your car) repaired. The Act requires that many things (such as the deal between the supplier of the repair services and the consumer) be in writing. If you want to discuss this in more detail you can email me at [email protected] and we can set up a meeting. I don't charge for initial consultations.
