illegal search ?
I was at someones house the poilce came for what reason i didn't know, upon leaving they (police) started searching us as we left,no search, no warrants for any of us. Upon my search they said they found weed on me.

Re: illegal search ?
If they did not have a serach warrant then it was not a valid search and you can have the case dismissed. But you will not know what the police officer's reason for the search was until you get to your first pre-trial. Sometimes an officer will find a reason afterwards to justify the search, but I need to know more to provide a more sufficient answer.
