Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
indictment
when indicted and it reads like 12 counts 2903.11 a then 1 of 2903.11 b and also another one has 11 counts same codes with b following them then another 11 with c and then another 11 with d is that actually 4 counts total a b c d or 44 counts the a all have the exact same codes then b and c and d do .
