Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
indictments
i was just indicted for forgery and theft, but the indictment names a bank other than the actual one involved.....does that make the indictment invalid ?

Mistakes on the indictment are easily cured. All the prosecution needs to do is ask the court to be allowed to make the correction. Even if it is dismissed, they can just refile. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions. Ed dicato
