Innocent Man being charged with crime

Hi my name is--name removed----name removed--and I need advice on my son's case he's being charged with arm robbery acrime that he did not do they are saying he robbered someone at gun point but however when they arrested him there was no gun my son said he went to work that day came home took anap after wards he went to the corner store on E.36 Center as he and his friend were coming out the store they saw a crowd went over to see what was going on and as they got closer They saw that a young man had gotten robbered in was standing in a towel but however when the procurator asked the victims girl's who did she know in the crowd she said lamarr--name removed--but they already had the person who did the crime with the gun they but the oher young man on house arrest he then turned around and robbered again while my son was still locked up but they are still saying my son did the crime he's been locked up for a year now and still have not been charged as yet his court date is 6-4-07 pleasesomeone help me you are my last hope my son has pleaed not guilty if theres any one who can help me please feel free to contact me at(216)322-5666 at anytime Iam running out of time Thanks

Does your son have an attorney? Has he been to court on any charge? If he has an attorney, you should call that attorney and see if he will give you more information.
