No Insurance
Driving with no insurance, get into an accident, no police report, case taken to small claims court for property damage to vehicle. Can you loose your licence for driving with no insurance in Small Claims court?

Re: No Insurance
You only lose your license when you fail to pay a judgment against you. So pay the judgment or begin making payments on it and you won't lose your license.
