Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Insurane fraud
my son was just arrested, charges were insurance fraud and grand theft.. I asked what that meant--lying to a insurance co. and stealing a car Said they may extradite him to California, he has never been in california. He is in jail in Dayton, Ohio. Whats going to happen??? please
