intervention in lieu
If a person successfully has completed an intervention in lieu program for a 5th degree agg poss. of drug charge, does he need to list this offense on job applications?

No, the charge is then dismissed and records can be sealed. You are not required to list the offense on an employment application. Best regards, Edward DiCato
