Can a judge find you guilty of HAVING WEAPONS WHILE UNDER DISABILITY when a jury fiound you not guilty on all other charges?

Yes, if you agreed to have that charge decided by the judge and not the jury. Often you will agree to have that charge tried to a judge, so that the jury does not hear about the disability [typically, a prior criminal record].
