Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
judicial release
My fiance was sentenced in Ohio, to 2 years in prison. 3 of his charges were run concurrent and he was given 12 months for those, another charge was run consecutive for a total of 2 years.... My question is can he file for a judicial release in 6 monthsor does he have to wait for a year and then file 6 months after that..... online there was nothing about any mandatory time?

Re: judicial release
If there is no mandatory time, 6 mos.. If there is mandatory, need to calculate based on the sentences. Best Regards, Edward Dicato
