Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Judicial release
I would like to know if a inmate can file the motion for judicial release? It was part of a stated 3 year stated sentence. And if so, do state correctional law librarys have the proper information for the inmate to do it?

Re: Judicial release
An inmate may file for judicial release. I am not sure whether the institution's law library has a form, but most likely it does.
