Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
What can or cant a jury do?
Is it legal for a member of the jury to go out side the evidece presented to them in court and do thier
own investigation outside the court room to make thier own conclussions about what took place? And if not what measures can be taken against them?

The jury can use their own life experiences, but they can not go and do an independent investigation. To do so taints the jury process. The remedy is a new trial and the Court can take care of the juror.
