Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Hello my name is katie an my question is my husband is in jail an has been for 31 days today for the charge of attempt to commit domestic violence,him an his brother had a verbal arguement there was no physical at all ,well they have him sitting in this county jail under real bad conditions they feed the inmates rice an beans bout everyday 2 times a day at times,my husband needs medical attention he has neuropathy so bad he can hardly walk an is losing weight,,we have called trial services to try to get him out til his court date when ever that is an nobody calls back or will try to help him is there anyone i could call or write to about this?? i hope you can help me an him thank you

Does he have a lawyer?
If not, he needs to retain one. If he does, call the attorney to file a motion to reduce the bond citing his medical conditions as a reason for the requested reduction.
