kissing a minor
What are the possible repercussions of a male teacher kissing and hugging a 15 year old female student in school? The kissing and hugging was consensual.

could be looking at sexual battery (felony 3), sexual impostion (felony 4) or importuning (felony 4). Various factors like being a teacher can effect the felony levels and sentences. These also now carry reporting requirements depending on the final outcome of the case. I defend a lot of these types of cases. Feel free to give me a call.
