Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
What is the law on illegal search and seizure ? The cops came in my house after they were told to stay out and then they began to search it without a warrant!

In Ohio, if the police did not have a warrant or probable cause, then if they searched your home, any evidence that they found would be suppressed at the trial. Further, on a civil basis, you could sue them for violations of you civil rights via a 1983 action.
