Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
legal help
I have some community service and house arrest to do from a DUS a few years ago. I want to go in and try to see if I can have another oppurtunity to do it again. Should I take an attorney with me, or go in by myself?

Re: legal help
By going in without a lawyer you increase the possibility of them holding you for a night. A lawyer can set up a court date prior to that to hopefully avoid any jail stay. Were you on probation?

You definitely should have a lawyer run interference for you. What court are you dealing with?
