Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Is it legal to possess, carry and or concealed carry, a spring-assisted folding knife under 4inches in the state of Ohio for use as a tool or for self defense?

If you are carrying a tool for a legitimate reason (to a judge not you), you have a chance. Carrying a knife or any weapon for self-defense generally is unacceptable. There can be exceptions but generally it's a bad idea to carry a weapon. Good luck.
