Is there a difference between unsupervised probation, and having to ''remain on good behavior''? My official court papers say ''Defendant shall remain on good behavior for two (2) years. Or are the two terms synonymous?

Yes, it sounds like unsupervised probation, especially if you are not required to report to a probation officer. Edward DiCato
