If you were an adult you would be facing felony burglary and theft charges at least. As a minor you will be charged with delinquency on the basis of burglary and theft-the main charge will be delinquency if they treat you as a minor.

The crimes that you described are serious. The prosecutor may decide to ask the Court to treat you as an adult. That is a possiblity, depending on your age and if you have any other record.
