Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Legally responsible to summon help?
This is a legal question...not a moral or ethical one.
Someone visiting my office falls to the floor, having a heart attack. I do nothing. One hour later this person dies. Have I commited a crime? I.e. is this
negligent homicide, manslaughter,
etc.
