Lemon laws on cars
if you buy a car (1999) model with no warrenty and you own it 2 weeks and the transmission goes out, are there still laws to protect you?my son bought it at a buy here pay here he paid $400. down and pays $100. weekly.

Lemon law only, only applies to new cars. In order for you to show liability, you just show that the transmission was bad and the dealer know about it.
It is a tough case!!!!!!!!!!
