If my license is suspended in ohio,is it suspended in u.s.?

Yes. If you get stopped in another state they will run your license number and see the suspension and either arrest you or give you a summons to court in that state. You need to get valid in the state in which you were suspended or this could cost you a lot more in the long run.

Only the state where you live can give you a driver's license. If your license is revoked or suspended, then you have no license to drive anywhere. It would make no sense to say that Ohio can give you the right to drive in all 50 states but can only deprive you of the right to drive in Ohio.
