Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I live in Cleveland, Ohio. I am 19 years of age.
This summer I hosted a party at my house that was busted by the police, I got a violation of providing alcohol to minors. The judge told me I had a suspended 230 days and probation. As of last week my marijuana patch was found by the police, I am getting charged with three misdemeanors. These charges are criminal trespass, cultivation of marijuana and possession of marijuana.
Am I looking at jail time?
Is their anyway the judge would cut me a break?
The most I can do is provide recommendation letters and hope that they get taken into consideration.
Please answer and I appreciate the advice

You will likely get some jail as a probation violator. If found guilty of the new offenses, the judge may run a concurrent sentence on that case.
