Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I live in Kettering Ohio. A friend of mine was trespassed from an apartment building about a year and a half ago. I live in that same building. Can this person come to my apartment with my permission without being arrested?

Was the person trespassed by the apartment building owner from the whole apartment building or just from a specific apartment by a tenant? Also it would depend if this was Court ordered.
If I was that person I would not take the chance of going onto the property.
