Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

I live in Ohio, in 2006 i was convicted of 3 misdemeanor crimes; Underage consumption, trespassing, and desecration. I was 20 years old at the time. Is there any legal reason that these crimes cannot be expunged?

Sure there is a reason--the judge will not allow it. There is nothing in Ohio law which states that a judge MUST expunge a prior conviction. Now, it is unclear from your question if these convictions arose from the same event or they occurred at three separate events in 2006.

If they occurred separately, you have little chance of expungement because one of the elements of expungement is that you get in no further trouble. Otherwise, you may have a good chance to expunge if you have been a good citizen since the ONE event.
