Regrettably, an expungement (the sealing of records) in your case will not be granted by virtue of the fact that you were guilty of more than one offense at two different times. In other terms, expungement can only be done for a "first offender".
According to the Ohio Revised Code section 2953.31. "First offender means anyone who has been convicted of an offense in this state or any other jurisdiction and who PREVIOUSLY OR SUBSEQUENTLY NOT BEEN CONVICTED OF THE SAME OR DIFFERENT OFFENSE."
I am sorry I can not be more encouraging.
