Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I am living outside the U.S and will be going back to take care of a felony warrant for a probation violation. I dont like the idea of being arrested by customs, but would like to fly into a State that they are required to pick me up ASAP. Massachussets? Illinois? Washington? Georgia? What state will get me back the quickest? Thanks

Fly into the state/city where the warrant is. Otherwise, you will sit in jail until the authorities decide to move you to the state you are wanted in.
