How long do courts have to try a case ?
want to know exactly how long they have to try you after you give up right to speedy trial one time?

As soon as you waive your speedy trial rights you have waived them entirely until you file a statement with the court saying that you are not waiving them any longer. Then, the days begin to count again from where they left off.
