Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
How long can a person be held without being charged in Cuyahoga County, (Cleveland) Ohio? He has been told it's either resisting arrest or failure to comply. He's been held for 32 hours so far and been told the Prosecutors have not received paperwork from the park rangers yet. He is not in the system and can't post bond. Tomorrow is Friday. Can they hold him until Tuesday, as Monday is a holiday?

In Ohio, a suspect should be brought before the court as soon as is practicable. If it is looking like he might be in over the weekend, then you might want to contact a criminal defense attorney to help you get him out. If you can't afford private counsel, then you should be in contact with the public defenders office about this tomorrow morning.
