Losing An Appeal
My husband was foubd guilty of 6 out of 9 counts. His lawyer is apppealing the 6 counts. If he loses the appeal, can the state of Ohio sentence him again and incluse the pther 3 counts he was found innocent on.

The simple answer is No. The best answer is to check with the attorney who tried the case. I am not trying to short but there may be some items that you are not aware of. This is not a tough question for the attorney who is handling the case. I would rely on what he tells you.
