Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I need to know if a lwayer, the prisoner or someone else can file a judicial release, and also how much does it cost?

The inmate can file a motion for judicial release, or it can be filed by an attorney on behalf of the inmate. The cost varies. There will probably be a court filing fee plus the cost of the attorney.
