Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

I would like to know what the punishment is for comitting a misdeamor 2 arrest is? My question concerns a person who was arrested recently with marijuana drug paraphernalia (a single joint Dug Out). This person has 1 DUI however he was not the driver at the time of the arrest. He has already paid a fine of $260.00 and has a court hearing or sentencing next week. All the police report states is that he is charged with a M2. and the drug paraphernalia. What can we expect in court?

Depends on where he's at...usually no jail time but probation is a real possibility because he's got a prior...he needs to test clean on sentencing day...
