Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
manadatory prison terms
I was giving manadatory 12 months prison term for trafficking cocaine this is the first time I have ever been in trouble with the law my question is do you think I will serve the whole 12 months or is there a good chance I may be able to get early release

If the sentence was "mandatory" then you will almost certainly serve the actual sentence imposed.
