mandatory sentence
if you have a 7 year mandatory sentence can a girlfriend, mother of your children, get you out early by having doctors call the judge and say you need him out to help with bills, kids, ect.?

mandatory means mandatory....no one can change that unless the sentence is appealed to a higher court...
