Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Minor Misdemeanor
I was issued an open container ticket on my boat. Should I consult a local attorney or just pay the $130 fine and move on. My record is spotless, I am concerned about my permenant record. What happens if I get another ticket for the same offence?

Re: Minor Misdemeanor
I have a boat, and I cannot imagine how you got a ticket for that?? It does not constitute a criminal offense, just a minor misdemeanor, but I cannot imagine how you are guilty of this.
