Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Misdemeanor Assault Charge
I have a misdemeanor assault charge from 2000, in gallia county Ohio, I hit a deputy in the heel as I was closing the door at my house (I had called them over a domestic issue w/my ex), any way, they charged me w/assault and I plead guilty to a misdemeanor, I have been trying to get a job but this charge shows up on my record. What can I do to resolve this?

If this is your only offense ever you can have it expunged. Call me directly if you want.

If this is your only criminal offense aside from minor traffick tickets, it is expungeable.
It's fairly simple.
