If you miss a Court apearance On a potentialy serious case what could happen, if i turn myself in will it help me later?

Usually the best thing to do is hire a lawyer who will call the court to arrange a new bond and cancel the warrant. If you try it yourself, you will arrested first, which gets tricky when you need to bond out. A lawyer organizes what happens before you get there.
