mistimedor assualt
What if someone that files assualt charges againt you and tries nummerous times to contact you by phone and email. Can they get in trouble or have the case dismissed when the court has set a no contact order?

First of all, it is called misdemeanor assault. Secondly, if the no contact order is against you, then no matter how many times the person calls you, you cannot talk to them....you will be committing a new crime punishable by six months. You just have to ignore them until the order is terminated by the court. You should be saving the evidence of that contact to prove to the court the other person was trying to contact you so much.
