multiple counts on the indictment
if your charged with a felonious assault and child endangering then your final endictment reads 11 felonious assaults and 42 counts fo child endangering what is that .

What this is is a whole lot of trouble. Each occasion must be considered a separate crime. You can be punished on each of these crimes which is a very long prison term if you lose. You had better be represented because this could be a life sentence.
