Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
multiple felonies?
64 checks out of 81 stolen from me by a known person were cashed (totalling over 5K)to support a drug habit. The person is not denying doing it and has entered rehab. There are no priors. What type of court action can be expected?

That is a major offense with many years of prison, possibly mandatory.
