First of all, if this is an Ohio legal matter, then you should be contacting an Ohio attorney, not a SC attorney.

Secondly, if you are going to ask for advise, then you need to give the attorney enough information to work with. Right now, I can't tell if you are the person who has been accused, or family of the victim, or a police officer, or a witness, etc. I have no idea in the world what it is you are asking.

Attorneys on this site give free legal advise. So make it easy for the attorney and take the time to write out an explanation of the situation you are asking about and then be specific with your questions.
