Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
i have an ob. of justice on my record from over 20 yrs. ago.is this a felony and can it affect my getting a job

Usually it's a misdemeanor. If you have not had any other charges since then (besides minor traffic tiks) you could get it expunged. I doubt it would effect your ability to get a job since it was 20 years ago.
